If the product you received is Damaged, Defective or it is not the same as described by Mangat Ram Dal Mills Pvt. Ltd., you can request for exchange or replacement.

We do not charge extra for returns and all replacements/pickups are done free of cost.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns.

•  The product is damaged because of use.
•  The product is not in the same condition as you received it.
• Items that are returned without original packaging.

In case your order is not delivered within 4 working days, please call us on +91-011-47565560 or email us on mrdm2007@gmail.com. 

After receiving the order the product delivery is being handled by our courier partners, the courier person will contact you before delivery, where you should intimate your exact time of availability for delivery. Please do not accept the package if tampered and contact us so that we assist you with further instructions.

Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible. However, to return any items that are damaged or expired you may contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
